It's a small small world!
The Church is amazing! Our granddaughter Allison went back to school last Tuesday after President's Day. She was talking to a friend that morning and said her grandparents entered the MTC the day before. Her friend, Hannah said my grandparents entered the MTC yesterday. Cut to the chase. In this picture are Elder and Sister Christensen from Baja Mexico. Where are they going you ask? New Zealand Wellington Mission. Yes, same mission as us. They will be on the North Island. We have been in "Preach My Gospel" training all this week. I should mention Shelley's new fashion statement. That is a neck brace to stabilize the disc in her neck that has given her pain in her right arm since last August. She needs to wear it about 5 more days.
The District
These are the super fine couples in our District for our "Preach My Gospel" training. Left to right Us of course, Elder & Sister Andrus (Albania) from Orem, UT, Sister Thurston (instructor), Elder & Sister Aiken (Canada, Toronto) from Kanab, UT, Elder & Sister Bachelor (Missouri, St. Louis) from Overton, NV. We had way too much fun! These good people are going to bless the lives of many people.

MTC We are here!
Okay, this is my first attempt at blogging. This is Kay.
We checked in at the MTC yesterday, we have great pictures that we want to share, but cannot find the cord to connect the camera to the computer. Will have to load them on later.
This place has to be the 8th wonder of the world! Eating in the cafeteria is a marvelous work and a wonder. Everyone is so so nice. We checked in with 65 other senior missionaires, three Sisters and the rest are couples like us. I think we about have the world covered. There are two couples going to the same mission as us they will both be on the North Island. This is our second day and it is all wonderful!
